A small shop, run by one person
Whyknot is an independent online shop selling at-home skincare and beauty tools at prices that don't require a second thought. It's run out of Atlanta by one person — not a team, not a warehouse, not a brand with a marketing department.
What we sell
Facial and self-care tools: gua sha and ice rollers, jade roller sets, a silicone cleansing brush, a scalp massager, a pore vacuum, and an electric foot file. The through-line is simple, effective tools that make an at-home routine feel a little better — chosen because we'd use them ourselves, and priced so you don't have to overthink it.
How it works, honestly
We don't hold inventory. When you order, the item ships from a partner supplier directly to you. That's why our prices are what they are. Most U.S. orders arrive in 5–10 business days — we'll always show you the real estimate before you pay.
Plenty of stores that work this way hide it and let you find out when your package is slow. We'd rather tell you up front.
What we won't do
- Fake reviews. Every review on this site is from a verified customer. If a product has none, it's because nobody has written one yet.
- Invented urgency. No countdown timers, no "only 2 left" when there are hundreds, no permanent sale that isn't a sale.
- Shipping promises we can't keep. The estimate you see is the real one.
If something goes wrong
Email us. A real person reads it and replies within 1–2 business days. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we'll fix it — refund or replacement, with nothing to ship back. Full details are in our Return Policy.
